      • - Parking itself is ok. Far too expensive Process for obtaining a card and for closing a contract is very poor - the customer service is appalling. Poor or absent communication; they ignore everything you say; and they’re very slow to act.

      • - Worst customer support experience ever. Truck blocks parking lot of 10-15 bepark clients for more than half a day. When calling customer care they told to solve it ourselves and hung up the phone

      • - Would absolutely not recommend. My experience is with their garage in Antwerp (Korte Klarenstraat 8). An incredibly small garage all-in-all, the spot could barely fit the Citroen C5 Aircross I drove at the time, no separate entrance and exits, no separate 2-line routes, so lots of maneuvering/suffering if you get a car in the opposite direction, and one cannot begin to describe how bad/narrow/high the ramps were from one floor to the other. Unless they allow you to visit the garage yourself and decide, this is an implicit scam

      • - Tried via the app and via the website. Cannot select the car park through the app without crashing (SSL Error) and via the website cannot make the payment. Useless
